Lordosis
Lordosis (curve in lower back) is removed by positioning the pelvis down to create a neutral position for the lumbar area.
Passive Traction
Lower extremity (calf) acts, via gravity, like a counterweight, which in turn pulls the pelvis toward The Angle while the thoracic region rests in a stationery position. This creates a slight traction of the lumbar area, resulting in what is known as passive traction of the thoraco lumbar (middle-to lower back) region.

Have suffered with problems caused by scoliosis for years and now have problems with arthritis in my back and neuropathy in my lower legs and feet. This wedge is perfect. I switch it around depending on where it works best at the moment. Does not generate too much heat. Very comfortable. Arrived very quickly and in great shape. Washable cover is soft and comfortable.

This has to be the best leg rest and back support that I have ever used. Made of a soft, foamy material with a soft cover. A good combination. Comes in different sizes, and you can buy additional covers, if needed, by contacting the manufacturer. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

This was exactly what I’ve been looking for. Regular pillows were just not doing it anymore. I really needed something with enough height and firmness to really lift my knees up enough to take the strain off of my lower back. I followed the size guide. I was right at the top of the small range and almost went to a medium because often foam products are too soft for me. But I do have short legs for my height, 29 inch inseam, and this worked out great. The cover is soft, the whole thing seems to be fine quality. I’m almost giddy, having found exactly what I’ve searhed for. If it was cheaper I’d buy multiples.

I tried a pillow under my knees, rolled up blankets, rolled up yoga mats, bags stuffed with clothes, and even a shark animal plush toy to help with back pain during sleep. I’ve used The Angle wedge under my knees for 2 nights now and I wake up pain free. I’m also waking up earlier, completely refreshed, because I’m not waking up in pain and having to shift positions in the middle of the night. Vey glad I purchased. Recommended.
Helps back/hip pain

I have leg problems that are related to hip problems. Since I bought the wedge my leg isn’t experiencing as much discomfort. It really helps to keep your hips and lower back properly aligned and it is actually very comfortable. This wedge is well-made and has a removable washable cover. It’s the most affordable one I could find and I would definitely recommend it.
I’m 5′ 5″ female and the small was the perfect size.

Product arrived as described. I’m 5′ 5″ female and the small was the perfect size. It helped relieve a lot of the lower back pain I was experiencing. I thought I needed to buy a new mattress but this was the perfect solve to my issues. Much better and more stable than sleeping with a bunch of pillows under your legs. I would definitely recommend.
